Pre-Opening Staffing

  • We provide our franchisees with approved job descriptions and employment contracts

  • Our team is available to assist with the hiring process, including interviewing and evaluation of potential candidates.

  • We provide an employee handbook and training manual for each franchisee that can be customized to fit your location's specific needs.

  • Our experts know exactly what to look for in a candidate to ensure your coaches provide the energy and experience that families have come to expect from LittleBits Gym classes.

Pre-Opening Training

Learning from the best to be the best.

  • Prior to your program opening, we require that each of your new coaches spend time at our home facility for hands-on training from some of our coaches who have helped to build the LittleBits Gym model. We ask for a minimum of one week of in-person training in Saint Louis.

  • One or more members of our team will travel to your facility prior to opening to provide training in your own gym, going over everything from the fundamentals of what we do to lesson plan education to customer experience training.

  • Your team will have access to an active cloud-based drive of shared materials including lesson plans, tips and tricks, gym set ups, and training manuals and video library. This drive is updated weekly, so your team will be sure to always have fresh, engaging activities for your students!

  • We provide hands on training for our software system as well as a written operations manual

Ongoing Training

Working side by side to build a confident team.

  • During the first weeks of your opening, one or more members of our team will join you at your facility to assist your coaches with their first classes.  We are there to support them and ensure they are confident before we leave them to lead their own classes. 

  • Your dedicated expert is available to answer any questions ongoing

  • Weekly Calls occur with the program director/ coaches to brainstorm ideas, address challenges and foster a sense of togetherness in our franchise family

  • Our team provides grassroots efforts to reach your community in the places they are, including schools, churches, recreational programs, and other opportunities for community partnerships.

  • As a franchisee, you will work closely with our team to develop an interest list early and have excited customers before you ever open your doors.

  • Our team monitors toll free phone number and handles general inquiries, directing them to you
